Data requests
To request a copy of, or the deletion of, personal data associated with a −4 Kelvin LLC product, email [email protected] with “Account deletion” as the subject, from the address used on the account. Requests are actioned within 30 days and confirmed by email. Where a product offers an in-app control, that is the fastest route — see the per-product deletion pages linked above.
