You can delete your account and your data without contacting us. Where a product offers an in-app control, that is the fastest route and it takes one tap. If you no longer have access to the app, or prefer not to use the app, the email route below works for any product.
Mines of Idle Doomath
Fastest: menu → Account → Delete account. Deleted immediately and signed out on all devices. Local data is erased separately with Save → Erase all data.
Nhom
Fastest: account settings inside the app. Deleting your account removes your profile, your lobbies and your messages.
Deletion by email
Email [email protected] from the address you registered with, with “Account deletion” as the subject. To protect your data we only action a request that comes from the registered address. Requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed by email.
What we cannot delete
If you signed in with Google or Apple, the data those companies hold is managed through their own settings and policies. If you bought something through an app store, the store keeps its own transaction records for legal reasons that we cannot delete — we delete only our own copies.
